Fastr training of Troops and Research

1) Always leave 1 slot for another hero in your Feasting Hall 4 two reasons:
a. You may capture a high level hero
b. You may reinforce your city with a high attribute hero for training and research purposes

2) If you are about to train troops, reinforce your city with a hero with the highest attack attribute (accompany your hero with a scout for faster reinforcement) then appoint that hero as your mayor then train troops. Do it with your other cities.

3) Same procedure goes with research. Just choose a hero with the highest intelligence.

This procedures may take time and a lot of this and that. But what is a few seconds or minutes of reinforcing your city with the right hero that can save hours of training your troops and grueling hours of research?
